These Terms of Use govern access to removeoewash.site and the purchase and use of BareMotion equipment-free fitness masterclass products offered by Removeoewash in the Netherlands. By using our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

BareMotion refers to our brand of live and hybrid bodyweight training sessions. Products include the Starter Pulse Pack, Momentum Block, and Annual Flow Pass as described on the session catalog page. We, us, and our refer to Removeoewash. You and member refer to the individual purchasing or attending services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least sixteen years old and capable of entering a binding agreement under Dutch law. By booking a masterclass you confirm that you are physically able to participate in bodyweight exercise or have consulted a qualified professional regarding your readiness.

3. Products and Pricing

Product descriptions, durations, and prices displayed on removeoewash.site are authoritative at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in euros and include VAT where applicable. We may update offerings or pricing for future purchases without affecting confirmed bookings.

4. Booking and Attendance

Bookings are confirmed upon payment or written confirmation from our team. You are responsible for arriving on time for studio sessions or joining remote links promptly. Late arrival may limit participation without extension or refund.

5. Member Conduct

Members must follow coach instructions, respect other participants, and use studio facilities responsibly. Harassment, dangerous behavior, or recording other participants without consent may result in removal without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All session plans, branding, website content, and coaching materials are owned by Removeoewash or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit materials without written permission.

7. Fitness Disclaimer

BareMotion provides educational fitness coaching, not medical advice. Participation involves physical exertion and inherent risk. You assume responsibility for your health and safety during sessions and should stop if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Removeoewash is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend access for breach of these terms or non-payment. Annual Flow Pass memberships may be terminated according to the Return Policy. Upon termination, unused benefits expire unless otherwise required by law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence within the EU.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms of Use. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance for non-material updates. Material changes affecting active products will be communicated by email where possible.
