This Return Policy explains cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules for BareMotion equipment-free fitness masterclass products sold by Removeoewash to consumers in the Netherlands and European Union.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers generally have fourteen days to withdraw from distance contracts. For dated leisure services such as live masterclasses, withdrawal rights may end when the session begins if you expressly agreed during booking. We inform you of applicable exceptions before purchase confirmation.

2. Starter Pulse Pack

Full refund available if you cancel at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled live session. Cancellations within forty-eight hours may receive credit toward a future session at our discretion. No-shows are not refundable.

3. Momentum Block

Unused sessions in a four-pack may be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus a fifteen euro administrative fee if requested before the second session occurs. After the second session, remaining sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred once to another person with written notice.

4. Annual Flow Pass

Annual memberships may be cancelled within fourteen days of purchase for a full refund if no live sessions were attended. After attendance or fourteen days, refunds are calculated monthly for unused whole months minus a thirty euro processing fee. Early termination does not entitle you to retroactive discounts.

5. Rescheduling

Members may reschedule a booked session once without charge if notice is provided twenty-four hours in advance. Additional changes depend on coach availability. Weather or technical disruptions initiated by BareMotion will be rescheduled or credited automatically.

6. Studio Closure or Force Majeure

If our Amsterdam studio closes temporarily or events beyond reasonable control prevent delivery, affected sessions will be offered online or credited. Removeoewash is not liable for incidental travel costs.

7. Service Quality Concerns

If a session did not match the published description, contact us within seven days at message@removeoewash.site with details. We will investigate and may offer a complimentary replacement session or partial refund where justified.

8. Refund Process

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Bank processing times may vary. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

9. Non-Refundable Items

Digital recap PDFs, promotional add-ons marked non-refundable, and third-party partner events are excluded unless required by law.

10. How to Request a Return
